Registered Master Builders
ResiBuilt Limited are proud to be Registered Master Builders. We understand that building a home or doing a major renovation will be one of your biggest investments. Being part of the Registered Master Builders Association, gives you access to the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee, which helps to protect your investment and give you peace of mind around your project.
To become a Registered Master Builder, skills and qualifications are examined. Previous clients are interviewed, and workmanship is assessed, to ensure the applicant’s work is of very high quality, and has satisfied clients’ expectations.
Additionally, applicants must supply evidence of financial responsibility with written references from their accountant, bank, and building material suppliers.

If you’ve got the space, why not use it? Adding a minor dwelling to your property is an easy way to ramp up rental returns. Plus if your property is within the Hamilton City Council boundaries and over 600sqm, you won’t even need resource consent!

House & Land Packages
An empty section and a brand new house - one’s not much good without the other, so keep things simple and get them both at once! You’ll even have the chance to change and tweak the house design before it all gets started.
