With almost 20 years industry experience between us, the Resibuilt team has the know-how to tackle pretty much any task, but we’re always keen to learn more. All of us share a common goal: to turn up every single day and do our finest work, building perfectly finished homes to the highest of standards.
Resibuilt are a family business, which goes a long way to explain our values and commitment to absolute integrity. Kieran has been in construction for nearly 20 years now, and is responsible for making sure that quality homes are delivered on time and up to standard. His wife Olivia is also a crucial member of the Resibuilt team, handling the finances, sorting out the admin, and collaborating on big picture strategy. Their two preschool aged kids haven’t been roped into the family enterprise quite yet, but there’s still plenty of time for all that.
Kieran van Dorsten
Director
Completing his apprenticeship here in the Waikato, Kieran then went on to study Quantity Surveying and worked as a QS for 7 years in Christchurch and London. Returning to New Zealand he settled back in Cambridge and initially worked as a Construction Manager for a high profile company in Hamilton before starting ResiBuilt in early 2021. With extensive experience in building methodology, Construction Management, Quoting and business he has all the key attributes to deliver a successful project.
Olivia van Dorsten
Director
A Chartered Accountant with ten years experience. Throughout the years Olivia has had extensive experience helping small and medium businesses to realise their potential by developing good business practices. Within ResiBuilt Olivia manages the finances, marketing and admin. Olivia also has a sharp eye for detail during the initial concept stage of the build and loves watching new builds progress from an empty site to completed dream homes.
